Pre-poured, sterile plates made with Potato infusion and Dextrose for robust, vigorous growth. Each plate has a 0.2 µm vented lid and comes sealed, ready to use.
Ideal for a wide range of fungi and especially useful for cloning and recovery.

What’s inside
- Medium: Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA)
- Pour depth: ~20–22 mL per 90 mm plate
- Sterility: Autoclaved, poured in clean conditions
- Packaging: Sleeved & sealed stacks; date-coded batch label
Sterilize 15 min @ 15 psi. Cool to 45–50°C, pour aseptically.
Quick Start
- Warm plates to room temp and wipe sleeves with alcohol
- Open one plate at a time in a clean area
- Inoculate with liquid culture, spores, or clean tissue
- Seal with parafilm or micropore, incubate at 22–26°C
- Transfer away from contaminants; keep best growth
