- For colonization, keep the block in a dark, quiet spot between 70°F – 75°F ( 21°C – 24°C ). Colonization must be 100% complete before opening!
- Lion's Mane Fruiting: Keep the temperature cozy at 65°F – 70°F (18°C – 21°C ) and maintain high humidity (above 85%).
- Oyster Fruiting: These mushrooms are oxygen hogs! They need **massive fresh air exchange (FAE) and slightly lower temps 60°F – 68°F (15.5°C – 20°C) to develop wide, healthy caps and avoid antlers.
